ToolHaus ("the Software") is free to use, but it is not open source. By
installing, copying or running the Software, you agree to these terms. If you
don't agree, don't use it.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

   You may download and run the Software free of charge, for personal use and
   for work inside your own organization, including on your employer's or your
   clients' computers and systems that you are authorized to manage.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

   You may not:
   a. sell, rent, lease or charge for the Software, or include it in a product
      or service you charge for;
   b. share or publish copies of the Software anywhere except by pointing
      people to the official download at https://bitsbybm.com;
   c. change the Software, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it,
      except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
   d. remove or change any copyright notice, license text or branding;
   e. use the Software on any computer, server, account or service you are not
      authorized to manage.

3. OWNERSHIP

   The Software is licensed, not sold. BitsByBM keeps all rights, title and
   interest in it, including its name, logo and source code. This license
   gives you no rights other than those stated here.

4. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

   ToolHaus is an administration tool. Several of its features change or
   delete things: they delete temporary and cached files, remove user
   profiles, reset network settings, restart services, change mailbox
   retention and hold settings, and remove group memberships. These changes
   may not be reversible. You are responsible for checking what each task
   will do, for having backups, for testing in a safe environment first and
   for having permission to make each change.

5. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. THERE IS NO PROMISE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE,
   SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL WORK IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR OR
   BITSBYBM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
   CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS,
   BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SYSTEM FAILURE OR DAMAGE TO COMPUTERS, ACCOUNTS OR
   MAILBOXES, ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN
   IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND
   DESPITE THIS, IT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE, WHICH
   IS ZERO.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

   The Software works with Microsoft products and services such as Active
   Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Hyper-V and Windows
   PowerShell. Your use of them is governed by your agreements with Microsoft.
   ToolHaus is not made, endorsed or supported by Microsoft. Microsoft and its
   product names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.

8. UPDATES AND TERMINATION

   New versions may come with updated terms. This license ends automatically
   if you break any of its terms. When it ends, you must stop using the
   Software and delete all copies.

9. WHOLE AGREEMENT

   This is the entire agreement about the Software. If any part of it can't
   be enforced, the rest still applies.
